Conference Fees

Registration

The fee is in Swiss Francs and includes the meeting, the proceeding booklet, coffee, lunch, the dinner on June 9th and one year SSB+RM membership.

Reduced fee will be requested for graduate students with accepted papers (oral or first author on poster).

Graduate students should include an official confirmation of their graduate student status by their academic supervisor.

Cancellation

After April 24th, 2017 a fee of CHF 50.– will be charged. After May 7th, 2017 or in case of non-attendance full costs have to be paid. A replacement will be accepted at any time.

Please Note

Registration is only complete when payment has been received.
The last day Online Registration can be accepted is April 24th, 2017.
After April 24h, 2017 all fees have to be paid at full rate in cash at the conference site.
